RULES FOR ONLINE BACKGAMMON

The main goal of the game is to succeed in removing all of your checkers from the table before your opponent has managed to do so. The game has changed but this goal has remained throughout the history of Online Gambling.

How to Play Backgammon?

After the starting player tosses the dice, the checkers are moved according to the number that was on the dice, when movement is done counter clockwise. Each player need to move all of the checkers in this order:

From the upper right side of the board to the upper left side.
From the upper left side of the board to the lower left side of the board.
From the lower left side of the board to the lower right side of the board.
Once all of the checkers are in the lower right side, the player can start taking the checkers out to the bar, according to the dice score. This is called bearing off. For example, if a player in this part of the game rolls a three, he can either advance a checker three points, or bear-off the checker that is three points behind the end of the board.
The first player to clear all the checkers from the board is the winner.
If the dice score is a double number, the player that rolled the dice gets 4 moves instead of the usual 2. For example, if the player hits 3/3, he has to move his checkers 4 times 3 points each.

In a double score the backgammon rules work in your favor and you are able to enjoy an enhancement in the benefits of gambling, winning larger sums of prizes.

Backgammon Rules of Hitting

If a checker lands on a blot occupied by 1 checker that belongs to the opponent, the opponent checker is taken out to the bar. That player has to bring his checker out to the upper right side of the board again (the starting place). Until the player enters his checker back into the board, he cannot move with his other checkers. For example, if the player rolls 2 and 3, and both those points are occupied by the opponent, he is stuck in the bar for that turn. More than one checkers could also be taken out to the bar at once.

Backgammon Doubling Rules

At the start of backgammon, the stake is set at one point. During the game, a player can double the stakes at the start of his own turn and before he has rolled the dice. The opponent can refuse the raise, and lose the one point stake. A player who accepts a double becomes the owner of the cube and only he can make the next double. The following doubles are called redoubles and work the same way the double does, meaning the stakes rise form 1 to 2, 2 to 4, then to 8, 16, 32 etc'.

Backgammon Rules for Winning and Losing

If you finish a backgammon game, it means you have cleared all of the checkers from your board before your opponent did.
If you managed to clear the board before your opponent bore off any checkers, you are awarded double the stakes at the end of the backgammon game. This means your opponent has been gammoned.
If you cleared the board with one of your opponent's checkers still on the bar, you are awarded triple the stakes, and this means your opponent was backgammoned.

Backgammon Board Set

Online Backgammon is a board game played by two people.
The board has 24 points - which are six triangles inside each of the four sides of the board all along the two sides of the board.
If a point is occupied by a checker, it is called a Blot
The points are numbered for each of the players starting from 1 till 24.
The right and left side of the board are divided, when one side is the player's home board and the other is the player's outer board.
Between the two sides is a separation called the bar.
Each player has 15 checkers, either black or white.
The backgammon rules of Arrangement are: 2 checkers on the 24th points, 5 checkers on the 13th points, 3 checkers on the 8th points, and 5 checkers on the 6th points.
There are two dice which are thrown after each move, and at the start of the game each player throws one dice to determine who will start the game.

In this game, each player needs to move 15 checkers, either white or black, across and out of the board. The checkers' movements are determined by the score of the roll of two dice.
